Challenging People’s Faith

Seeing people’s faith will let you know who to invest in.

4 guys overcame great obstacles to get their buddy to Jesus for a healing. They even destroyed property to do so.

And because of their faith, Jesus met them right where their faith was, but challenged their faith to go deeper.

As you lead people in your organization, watch for people who overcome obstacles. Overcoming obstacles means they have faith.

And, like the 4 guys, maybe they don’t quite get it. But that’s ok. That’s when, like Jesus, you challenge their faith to go farther.

Give them a harder project.
Have them invest in someone new.
Put them with a senior member to collaborate.

Do something to challenge their faith.

And when you do, the investment will pay dividends.

How can you challenge someone’s faith in your organization today?

This series is about leadership lessons we can apply to our everyday lives from the stories of Jesus’ miracles. Today’s reading is from Luke 5:17-26.
